REPNOXA Privacy Policy

REPNOXA ("we", "our", "the app") is a fitness tracking application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

REPNOXA stores the following data locally on your device:

• Workout logs — exercises, sets, reps, weights, swimming lengths, running distances, and durations.
• Workout plans — custom exercise plans you create.
• Body weight logs — optional weight entries.
• Profile information — your name, date of birth, height, gender, fitness level, and fitness goal.
• Preferences — weight unit, appearance mode, and other settings.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly opt in to anonymous data sharing (see section 3 below).

2. Subscriptions (RevenueCat)

REPNOXA offers an optional paid subscription ("REPNOXA Pro") managed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat receives:

• An anonymous user identifier (a random ID generated on your device).
• Your subscription status and transaction receipts (provided by Apple).

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any personal contact information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information or Apple ID. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

3. Anonymous Data Sharing (Optional)

You may opt in to share anonymous workout and profile data to help us improve REPNOXA. This is entirely optional and disabled by default. You can enable or disable it at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy.

If you opt in, the following data is sent to our analytics service (hosted on Supabase):

• A randomly generated anonymous identifier (UUID). This cannot be linked to your identity.
• Workout summaries — exercise names, set counts, reps, weights, duration, and total volume.
• Body weight entries.
• Profile data — date of birth, height, gender, fitness level, fitness goal, and weight unit preference.

We never collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information.
• Your Apple ID, device identifiers, or IP address.
• Your location data.
• Any data that can personally identify you.

Anonymous data is used solely for aggregate research and product improvement. It is never sold to third parties.

4. Apple Health Integration (REPNOXA Pro)

REPNOXA Pro subscribers may optionally connect to Apple Health to sync workout and body weight data. This integration:

• Requires your explicit permission via the iOS Health permissions dialog.
• Writes workout data (activity type, duration, calories, distance) and body weight entries to Apple Health.
• Does not read data from Apple Health.
• Can be enabled or disabled at any time in Settings.

Health data is shared directly between REPNOXA and Apple Health on your device. It is never sent to our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

REPNOXA uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — for app distribution and payment processing.
• RevenueCat — for subscription management (see section 2).
• Supabase — for anonymous analytics storage, only if you opt in (see section 3).

We do not use advertising networks, behavioural tracking, or any other analytics SDKs.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

All personal data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.

If you opted in to anonymous data sharing, previously shared anonymous data cannot be linked back to you or your device. If you wish to request deletion of anonymous data, please contact us.

7. Children's Privacy

REPNOXA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
